WHAT ARE FUNDAMENTAL CHARACTERISTICS FOR WALLBOX CHARGER? Wallbox charging station provides fundamental functions to protect the electrical system (grid) to which the car is connected and protect the batteries. Wallboxes – can protect against electric shock and avoid voltage peaks during the charging process to harmonise the power of the current. This way batteries of electric cars are protected. Wallbox  knows at all times the electricity consumption and measure the energy consumed (in case el meter is integrated). Wallboxes – can restrict user access with RFID key or provide smart access via 3G.
