Simple Returns

Within 14 days of receipt, you can return your goods to us free of charge by following a simple, quick and risk-free process. Items must be returned in their entirety, in their original packaging and in an unused and undamaged state.

All refunds are issued promptly – no later than 14 days after receipt and inspection of the goods. Please note that additional delay may be possible due to recipients bank. Additional costs, such as the cost of express shipping, or transaction fee cost (when payment made with Stripe) will not be refunded.

How It Works:

  1. Submit a return request
    To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us : UAB Elektromobiliu Sprendimu Centras, Zalgirio str. 88 – 708, LT-09303, Vilnius, sales@chargingshop.eu, +370 647 74061 of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
  2. Receive returns instructions
    Once we receive your return request, we will send you an e-mail with additional returns instructions as soon as possible.
  3. Package the goods
    Simply package up the goods that you wish to return, so that goods are adequately protected in transit.
  4. Send the parcel on its way
    Send the parcel back to us within 14 days.
  5. Receive your refund
    Once the goods have received, inspected and approved for a refund, you will be reimbursed promptly. Outbound money transmit within 14 days at the latest.
